I’m finding it terribly difficult to just exist in this day and time. I’m 42, and have 2 kids that are grown. My youngest is 20. Her and her 2 year old daughter live with me. I have had the same job for 10 years, and make well above minimum wage. After taxes and health insurance deductions, I don’t make enough money to survive. I’m so terribly stressed and defeated. My daughter helps when she can, but it’s hard for her to find childcare. My rent is not terribly high compared to what most people pay, yet I’m finding it hard to make ends meet. I live in VA , USA and it seems almost impossible these days. I’m behind on almost all of my bills, and hardly have gas to get to and from work. I don’t even have a car payment. I drive a 2001 model car. Two and a half years ago my husband passed away and didn’t have life insurance, so I had to borrow a loan from my 401K just to have him cremated with no service. I’m still paying on that and will be for another year. I’m so tired. It keeps getting harder and harder to keep going on. Anyone else having the same struggle?
