Anyone else stuck in TCS notice period even after project release and still not getting early release?
I resigned on April 1st week and I’m currently serving notice period in Tcs.
Recently I got released from my project, so right now I’m basically on bench, but my IOU is still not getting detagged.
I already discussed early release with HR/RMG, but they are saying I’ll have to serve full 90 days even while being on bench, and they are not considering early release at all.
The issue is that I have a joining in another organization at the end of May, so this situation is becoming really stressful.
Just wanted to know:
Is anyone else facing something similar?
Did anyone manage to get early release after project release/bench?
Any suggestions on whom to approach further? HR, RMG head, unit head, etc.?
Would really appreciate genuine advice or shared experiences.
