Hi,

I have a Sicce Shark ADV 400 filtration system that I've owned for awhile but I've never gotten the ventri to work. I decided to give it a try as I have new fish gasping at the surface.

I have it set on A, tube in place but no noise, suction or bubbles have been produced.

I was wondering if I'm doing anything wrong? I hope someone can help me, thanks!
