I only made 1% last week.
My trades last week ended with 3 stop losses getting hit at break even when I could have taken decent profits before, and 1 decent take profit when I could have held for much more.
I felt a little defeated as I reviewed what I could have done better last week. I consciously shifted to appreciating the merits rather.
1% is 52% a year, that's decent for investment standards.
Those 3 break even trades could have ended in big losses, considering that outcome break even is not bad at all.
And with all the uncertainty in the markets right now, I chose to risk break evens for chance at larger moves. Educated speculation that I felt had good positive expectancy, absolutely no reason to regret good trades just because they failed.
I am quite happy with my 1% last week, and keen to see what this new week offers up.
Stay humble, focused, and disciplined this week. Good luck.
