I'm new to dubai and have only lived here for a few months but ever since i cam here there is always loud music coming from a gym business on the ground floor of my apartment bldg. It always starts around 12 - 2 AM on sundays or mondays and keeps me awake at night, I've reported it to the security/receptionist of the bldg but he has yet to do anything. Can someone please advise im actually losing my mind over here
