Weight loss plateau?
Hi all, first post and I’m looking for some advice.
I started my cut around three-ish months ago. I started at 186 and am now down to around 177 in the morning. I’m around 5’8 currently and I’ve been eating somewhere around 1800-1600 calories consistently. I go to the gym five times a week. I’ve been doing my own research and some say a re-feed is in order. I’ve noticed my arms, legs, and face leaning out a bit but it’s stopped mostly. I know you can’t spot loss in the stomach but it’s been very minimal. Just wanted to know if yall had some advice. If you need more specifics I’ll reply in the comments.
