Hello! It's been a while. I posted sometime ago about my coming out to my brother and his wife (see post history, there aren't many to comb through.)

I just ran into Hyacinth's (SIL) parents at Lidl. Tried striking up conversation, they both deadnamed me (I told them my name on previous run-ins, which were pleasant enough). Brief exchange, then turned nasty. Her dad insisted I *"invent problems"*, then made a veiled threat at checkout when I showed him my left arm (scarred) and asked if I invented them.

Get myself home, and my brother calls (niece's phone, because he's been blocked for ages). Explicit threat involved his fist and my skull.

Non-emergency report? Police? Leave it?

I seek collective wisdom.
