Careers that aren’t completely soul crushing?

For context,

I am a 28 year-old male who is married and has a nine month old. I am currently working in IFT (inner facility transfers) as a paramedic. Initially, I was a firefighter for about six years. Since then, I have bounced around jobs as a paramedic, with each job only lasting about a year. My wife is a PA, so we are not necessarily financially strapped. My wife works Monday-Friday, and I work a 2-2-3 schedule that is 1pm-1am. My current job pays decent, and the schedule allows for us to only need a nanny twice a week for her.

My dilemma is I don’t know where to go from here. I don’t see myself working in IFT for the next 30 years. There is no joy or passion in my current job. I would prefer not having to go back to school.
