So I have a CC that I bought on February, loved it at the begging, easy setup easy printing easy and simple UI, I was coming from an ender 3v2 so you can imagine the huge change it was for me.
So I printed about 8 times. TPU, PLA, ABS. Everything was smooth. The problem happened when I don't used it for about 3 weeks. I turned it on and everything had been problems since there. I'm not able to make it level properly. So here's the story.
Obviously as I come from an ender 3 I know what a not leveled bed gives as a result. So I immediately auto leveled, didn't work.
Then I made a mistake by trying to print a file I already had printed with filament I had used before and totally forgot to watch it constantly so a huge ball of melted PLA got into the hot end and ruined it.
Replaced the hot end new filament and still not working. So I contacted elegoo.
I was on 1.1.46, Elegoo told me to downgrade to 1.1.40, manual level ( opening the bottom cover ), check XY screws under bed and fine tune it.
I noticed it was actually one side about 6 mm lower than the other so I manually leveled it making sure I had a flat bed at bottom and top. Tensed the bands as it should be and even took my time to have the exact amount of band there's between the gears to it will seat perfectly flush. Checked the XY screws under the bed and downgraded to 1.1.40.
Same thing, one side too close to the bed and the other side too far from the bed. Again I messed up my hot end because of the same mistake I did last time. Replaced the hot end and then upgraded the printer to 1.1.42.
With 1.1.42 had the same problem, not leveling properly.
I saw then that there was an update to 1.4.4 for the Canvas, which obviously would've been awesome as I was waiting to buy one, but tried with that and don't work.
I have to say I tried it all.
Different filament brands, different prints, even the ones that came with the printer ( a Buddha and a scraper), different bed plates, different temperatures, leveling before print, auto leveled between all tries. Do you guys have any idea what could be or what should I do.
I was going to buy a CC2, but at this point I'm just getting really disappointed, I may have been missing something but I don't know what it is and that's why I'm here asking you guys.
