This is the third time on a third different bike, same issue.

As soon as the rivet pops out the tools jammed and its 10x more work.

I grind the nub off, line the hole with the back of the rivet and push the pin through.

What am I doing wrong as I dont fancy buying a FOURTH tool?

Im going to have to grind another chain off and its becoming a nightmare. Its clearly user error but I cant seem to pinpoint exactly what im doing wrong.
