Why do people from Uttar Pradesh drive so recklessly when they enter Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand?
I know the drivers from Haryana and Punjab are also reckless, but from what I have seen, Uttar Pradesh tops the list. It honestly feels like they don't even know how to drive. Why is this so ?
