So im moving house in june but completely forgot about the new laws regarding ending tenancy!

My agent emailed back and said i have to give 2 months notice now and would have to end the tenancy in July instead.

Is there any way around this? I already have the place i want but now i need to pay rent here for 2 more months.

Its through an agency, ive never spoke to the landlord.

Is it possible to leave early?

Hello, im about to move houses and i have posters on the walls

I know this is silly of me but i took one down and it left damage

I leave in a month

If i dont take them down what could happen?

Or if i take them down and leave damage, what should i do? I dont have time to fix the wall

Will they just take all my deposit or will it cost me more?

I know this was dumb of me i need help!!!
