My wife was driving down the turnpike and lost a part off our 2023 Kia Sorrento from high wind. The part is a plastic molding that runs up the side of the windshield.

The first two pictures shows where the missing piece should go on the passenger side. The third picture shows the driver side windshield, where the plastic molding is still in place. The fourth picture is from the Kia website.

I am fairly confident it is the first part listed: 86130-R5000.

The vehicle is a 2023 Kia Sorrento, X-Line Sport Utility 4D.

I’d be very grateful to this sub to answer my quick questions:

1. Is this the right part?
2. If ordered, can I install this myself? Do I need some specialized glue or tool?
3. Should I just have a dealership do this?
