I feel like every early SaaS product gets some wild feedback once real users start using it.
Curious what’s the craziest or most unexpected feedback or request you’ve gotten from a user.
And more interesting did you actually do anything with it or just ignore it?
I’m also curious how people handle this when you only have a handful of customers.
Do you track it somewhere or is it more like noted mentally and move on?
