Other sources of sugar?
Hi all, I’ve been brewing for a little while, I’ve had one successful, drinkable, and dare I say tasty batch. I’m curious about using other sources of sugar other than honey though, e.g. white sugar or brown sugar. A pound of sugar is less expensive than a pound of honey. I would go along the lines of 2 lbs of honey and 1 lb of sugar in a gallon. Is it just non-traditional? Will it be much different? What do y’all think?
