Eggroll in a bowl, couldn't be easier. Fills me up and leaves lots of room in my calorie budget for more treats later!

Brown a pound of turkey with 2 cloves of minced garlic, add in a 12 oz bag of frozen carrot/onion/celery and a 12 oz bag of coleslaw and mix until everything is cooked down. Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos, 1 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tsp sesame oil (honestly optional). Add in some garlic, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. I like to top it with about 15g of housin sauce for only about 15 more calories. Makes about 4 servings.
