Not sure if this is a thing but, I was exploring Derelik looking for the event combat and exploring sites and they aren't visible/accessible on the solar system, I tried to use the opportunity window to look for some and I was to set destination but as soon as I arrived to the system, they do not show on probe scanner or overview, when I opened the opportunity window I had the selected signal and the "warp to site" option but couldn't warp to it, additionally all the other combat signals vanished from the opportunity window but reappeared when I jumped into a system next to my original destination.

Anyone else? Maybe this is happening in other regions?
