Welcome to the second banner of Luna VI! For continuity's sake I will refer to this version as 6.6's second banner and overall 99th banner.
While we continue to count Freminet's ongoing two years of disappearance, his fellow Cryo character from Fontaine that is also missing from the first Fontaine Chronicled Wish banner. Wriothesley, with only two appearances and third place in the 5-Star 's longest ongoing gap, somehow not included in Fontaine banner. He's not archon nor the dragon sovereign, so why Hoyo just not run him? Are they being save for Tsaritsa banner or something!?
And while Freminet's last appearance in version 4.6 is so long ago, Kirara last appearance from 4.8 is no less ancient. That was a version with Simulanka, before we went to Natlan. We have to pass the entirety of Natlan and enter the late phrase of Nod-Krai version before Kirara got a chance to appeared on banner again. And we still have Ningguang and Razor with their last appearance from Simulanka in the waiting list too! Let see if Freminet, Ningguang, or Razor will become the first ever character(s) to get a skip on banner for two entire versions!
