I called out one of the trolls for hiding their post/comment history and this was their excuse: "I like people to engage with me, not my post history"

"You wanna know why I won't show you my license, officer? It's because I like people to engage with me, not my driving history."

The Democrats just sent me an email explaining how they plan to lose the next Presidential election...

Millions of years from now, a group of alien archeologists will release a groundbreaking paper detailing how a mysterious human named "Someone Else" was our civilization's most beloved political leader.

And what of the nearly $30 billion of our tax dollars you've spend on sending munitions to Israel, Mr. Smith?

No clear objectives. No exit strategy. No honest accounting. Sound familiar?

Estimates say we've spent at least $21 billion on Israel's genocide in Gaza since 2023, and that's in addition to the $3+ billion in military aid we send them every year.

That means we've spent more funding the genocide in Gaza than we have on the Iran War. I guess the Demorats forgot to work that into their fundraising emails. Oops.

I got this email from Uber today, thanking me for contacting support and offering me a discount code for groceries (which I've never used Uber for). This seemed especially strange to me, seeing as how I've never contacted Uber support for anything.

So I clicked the email link, logged in via Google, and it took me to the screenshot you're seeing here. Pay special attention to the "No response needed" at the bottom and the lack of any "reply" option, which you would definitely see if this were an actual customer service support thread.

There's only one reasonable conclusion to be drawn from this: Uber is sending these emails to random users, pretending to be a response to a customer service inquiry in order to bypass spam filters and lure the user into reading the ad.

These kinds of deceptive, predatory business practices should be illegal. Uber owes its customers an apology for engaging in such sleazy spam tactics.
