Shady Deal at a Premia Showroom
I booked a 210 last week, sales guy told me the discount kicks in on Monday and i can have delivery within 2 days after payment.
I accepted, booked the vehicle, now he's telling me that the discount is not a cash discount but an exchange or corporate employee offer.
I got so pissed and i talked to the manager, He's waffling about the offer like -" we just need the RC card's Copy for a bike in your family, we won't need the bike for exchange. if you send it to us we'll be able to apply the exchange offer"
I was so confused and just said I'd call him back..
Has anyone in this sub faced an issue like this?
Should i just call Hero Customer Care and make a formal complaint?
