Over the past week, a clan has been repeatedly trying to build Soviet Estonian coats of arms near Narva, despite others removing them. In retaliation, they have begun griefing the capital’s territory by painting random lines over other players arts.

The current report system is ineffective because they are coordinating with about 30 people. We need help any help.
