First time making deep dish. Learnt a few lessons for next time, but was very nice and kid liked it.

I think I put the cheese too high, so the hard cheesy crust made it difficult to cut (but was tasty). I also forgot to add the pepperoni towards the end so it got overcooked. And the sauce was a bit too watery. I used store bought sausage which could have used a bit more flavourings that I'll add next time.

Any suggestions?
