So I ended up recently getting the Flow 2 recently, and I moved my OG Flow upstairs to where it is mostly carpeted flooring besides bathrooms and laundry room. It worked great downstairs where it’s mostly hardwood flooring with a few rugs around. On the carpeted flooring upstairs though, every time, without fail, I get the wheel stuck error on the carpet. I can go in and manually drive it an inch forward and then hit resume and it goes again for a little while and then get the same error. Sometimes even just immediately hitting the resume button gets it going again. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a room with zero obstacles though, it will eventually give me this same error. The carpet is a light tan color, and I need to keep the stairs detection on due to it being upstairs. Has anyone had this issue and/or know of a solution?
