Not sure how else to explain it. But that there’s something about us that makes us trans from birth?

I know the man brain woman brain has been debunked, but I struggle with it. It’s kinda a double edged sword for me. As on one hand it gives ne something to point to and be like I’m real valid etc. however it also fulls me imposter syndrome like yes there is that thing but you don’t have it.
