So in Y1V7 the topic of the 4 class being able to graduate as Class A is introduced and Yukimura immediately answers that it's impossibke because there is a special test to decide who will graduate as Class A. Do you think Koji (who was with Yukimura at that moment) will try to make that special test appears as the last test of the school to leave a mark on the school ?
