3. Internal sources tell me they work with a lot of third party companies to minimise costs

4. Internal sources also tell me level of unguided chaos they go through every day with half the people being overpaid for basically miss managing their own staff

5. To hide all the damage they do, they do all sort of charity activities throughout the year

Definitely not a bank for people but a bank of greediness with no intention of keeping customers happy but rather let chaos role as long as they get something in their pockets. (Labour style)
