Recent instagram post by HPD highlighting an enforcement operation on Waikiki Beach by the Hilton and Ft. DeRussy.

With several recent publicized incidents of tourists harassing monk seals at beaches in Hawaii, is it wise to utilize DOCARE resources to conduct routine law enforcement operations that HPD and/or State Sheriffs could easily have done themselves in the same place?

If I were to immigrate to Canada from the USA under the express entry system.

What would be pros and cons of living in Canada when actually actually living full time in Canada?
