Play-> Update, checking size ->play again without updating or launching the game

When i press play, it goes to update "checking size" then it goes back to play without doing anything, so im jst hardstck on the lancher. Ive tried every single fix on my end and it still doesnt work, reinstalling, running as admin, disabling firewall, the "repair" option on the launcher, i mean literally everything and it still doesnt work.
