I’m not lazy
I struggle to go to sleep every night, usually I’m up until about 4 and then I finally end up passing out. In turn I sleep in later than most people but everyone always assumes I’m lazy and just want to be in bed all day. I’ve tried over the counter and prescription meds, talked to my doctor about it and am doing the things recommended to me but I still struggle every single night. I feel like the o my reason I end up going to sleep is because my body just can’t take being awake anymore. I want to change this cycle and have people stop viewing me this way for something I can’t control because they just assume I’ve been sleeping for like 12 hours instead of the average 5 I’m getting.
