Bought my GTE mk8.5 in February and what a great time to do so with the ongoing oil crisis and raising fuel costs. Driving past petrol stations has become my new favourite hobby.
Petrol currently on 91% and I’ve not refuelled since 24/03 (Although I was on holiday for 2 weeks during April). Completed just over 1K miles almost always on E mode, only switching to hybrid on the motorway when feeling range anxiety, and using boost every now and then for spirited overtakes and country roads
I rarely put it in hybrid mode unless I’m doing a long distance drive. My daily driving is anything between 25-100 miles.
