I'm just really proud of myself and I felt a runner's high for the first time ever. it's a small victory, but I'm proud of it. I jogged at 4.7mph for 8 mins straight, speed walked for 5 mins, then jogged again for another 8 mins straight! it felt so amazing! I've never done it for that long without stopping to walk and catch my breath
