Hair on sides(temple’s) disappearing too fast. Is this early signs of balding? 32M.

My hair turned grey even before i got moustache and beard and so was the case with my father 50 years ago.

Before turning 25, 85% was his head was full of grey hair and today he is around 75 and there is no hair loss for him.

I shifted to city 3 years ago. In last 3 years I’m seeing a very much increased hair fall due to the hard water.

Is there anyway i can fix it, i know it’s not more but I’m worried if this is early signs of baldness. I tired Anasure F (5% + 0.1%) for six months but it’s not working for me.

Help me in finding some good companies to invest for longterm

Hi fellow investors,

Currently I'm 100% invested and overall portfolio took a drop by 15-20% in last one month overall portfolio is up by 8%.

In a month or 40 days I will be getting some X amount and I'm planning to invest 50% of it for long term. Another 50%(25% for my expenses, job hunt and 25% for EMIs for that will end in next 6 months).

Assuming war tension will be around for next 1-3 months, I'm looking for some fundamentally good companies. I would really appreciate if you suggest few fundamentally good or growth or lesser talked stocks for longterm( ofcourse I'll review it every year) that have corrected during this war. During weekend I'll review them and invest.

Current portfolio: ~20% defence stock 🟢 ~20% cement and construction 🔴 ~20% textile🔻 ~35% Retail,Healthcare, bank, small cap mf, IT( less impact) ~1-5% Misc......
