Passive nerf :
Demonic slash base damage: 100 >> 65
Demonic slash basic regen: 150 >> 80
Skill 1 adjustment:
Slow effect from the second cast is moved to the first cast
Skill 2 nerf;
Attack speed increase: 50%-100% >> 30%- 80%
Base damage: 120-240 >> 60-180
Ultimate adjustment:
New effect: Actively casting the skill immediately reduces the ultimate cooldown by 30% however if it auto triggers the cooldown will not reduce.
Effect adjustment: Only damage dealt to enemy heroes during the ultimate duration gets converted to hp. Therefore damage dealt to argus will not be converted to hp.
