Aspiring side gig DJ here

I am just inquiring about licensing and all the necessary things I would need to become a DJ.
I have speakers laptop and lights.
No mixer as of yet.
Just wondering about proper licensing and what not.
It would be for weddings, private parties, etc nothing big at all.
