help finding a rave tape 1991-1993

I'm hoping someone can help me find an old rave tape from 1991-1993: there was a section where the MC stops the music for at least a full minute, asking some guy to get down from a speaker, constantly repeating 'you...yes, you' because the guy is probably high as hell and doesn't realise he is wrecking everyone's night.
I'd guess it was possibly Ellis Dee, Easygroove, Slipmatt, Jumpin Jack Frost, Grooverider or Mickey Finn. I've been searching for years, and I'd love to hear that tape again. Does anyone remember this?
