Hey there guys, I need help.

I am a 23 year old female, I got “diagnosed” with chiari back in 2019, my mri showed 2.5mm. Then in September of 2022 my chiari was red at 4mm without Chiari Malformation and marked as unchanged from 2019. Then my most recent mri (april of 22026) shows right sided 7mm cerbellar ectopia “borderline chiari one” but says remains stable and similar to comparison from mri of 2022. So that im confused about. No syrnix.

Second I have straightened lordosis and mild levocurvature of upper thoracic spine. I have HORRIBLE neck pain and back pain, and super tight traps. My biggest symptoms are extreme feeling off balance when sitting up right or standing. I feel off balance but I can balance on one foot. Visual snow symptoms (flickering vision, trailing vision) so is this my chiari causing my neck, vison and dizziness issues? Or is this happening to me just because i have tight back issues? I dont get the typical sharp headaches when coughing laughing sneezing. Just the neck pain, occipital neuralgia flare ups occasionally and the DIZZINESS.
