I’ve had no issues up until today, set my vpn to New Zealand pair the bike, away you go 28mph. Doesn’t seem to be working anymore. I’ve tried unpairing, setting vpn to Hong Kong while using 5g. Turned off my location services. Deleted all data from the bike screen. Still no joy. Anybody with a work around would be appreciated.
Hey. I recently bought an amflow pl carbon pro. I’ve racked up around 300 miles but am having severe issues with the smallest cog on the cassette. Non stop skipping, it’s really bad, this started around the 100, 150 mile mark. I took the bike back to the shop two weeks back and was told everything was fine, it wasn’t. I contacted them again and arranged to go back, they are now saying the cassette is worn and not covered under warranty as this is “wear and tear” I’m having a hard time swallowing this as it’s a £9000 bike. While I understand the upkeep of these bikes isn’t cheap which I don’t mind, 150 miles for this issue to start is crazy. They are offering to send it to SRAM but if no issue is found I must cover the costs. I understand I’m covered by the consumer rights act but unsure of how to push this without coming across a dick. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated thanks.
