hi, i am making a post talking about my account that has been hijacked. and i did made a ticket about it but it's almost been 11 hours now with no new respond?, the last thing that the discord support customer said was, the case will be given to someone who handle this requests but it's been almost 12 hours now, and i am thinking if i should make a new ticket or just wait a bit longer?, what do i do now?, please help
