I'm thinking about applying there without touring the actual unit first because they told me units usually get rented before they're ready for viewing.
I’m trying to rent an apartment in Rancho Cordova, but every time I call, they tell me the unit is not available for viewing yet because the current tenant just moved out.
I asked if they could notify me once the unit is ready to tour, but they said it will probably be rented before it even becomes available for viewing.
So now I’m confused. Do people really apply and sign leases without ever seeing the actual unit first? Or is this normal in the current rental market?
