Hulrun bad inquisitor but great crusader?
I know it’s probably a cold take.
But yesterday I completed Iz as Azata going for the ascension ending. I didn’t give Lexicon to Queen, so I had to go to the temple, grab the glass key, head back to Queen, and go back again to the temple, and finally, after all of this, I checked Hulrun and his camp. And this guy was doing great.
And that made me think that Hulrun would probably be better placed if he was a proper crusader.
He was able to organize crusaders so well that they were able to hold back and defend the banner against Gallus, Vrolikais, Balors with 1000 hp, and so on, while KC was busy searching secrets/saving the queen. Moreover, he never even appears to give up or question the situation.
All of this made me respect him a little bit.
