I have an upcoming flight 5/4/26 from Paris to Miami.
I have been checking forecast for the turbulence and it just seems very bad.
I really need some assistance with this im very nervous and worried in general.

I can either take an earlier flight where the forecast said moderate or I can take the later on that shows moderate to severe .

They took down my post with the photos of the forecast due to restrictions but I still don’t know how to go about it? I know pilots are trained for this, but I’m worried about the unexpected aspect of the turbulence and the amount of turbulence that is being shown for my projected flight.
