Just as the title says which one would you go for as a new pass?

Ocado is like £3 more an hour basic then you get more for evenings, overtime etc. the shifts are abit random I think

Culina I believe is around 14-15 basic then I don’t even think there’s any bonuses. The shift is just mon-Friday

Just trying to weigh up which one would actually be better in terms of enjoying the job, earning potential, how you get treated etc

Got a job opportunity with Culina great bear for my first job as a class one new pass, seems all good and looking forward to get going. Was hoping to see if there people on here to give me some tips/pointers and how they work, what sorta stuff to expect etc
