I was sent a broke bracelet and seller does not want to replace it. What can I do?

Hi guys, need some advice. How are you guys purchasing from Gavivi? I was told PayPal payment needs to be through “family and friends” is this normal? I don’t like the secure of no insurance from PayPal.
