Hello,

I am close to tears. Every time I go outside a woman across the street comes outside with a very loud trimming machine and trims her shrubs. Alternately she turns on some kind of a loud machine in her garage. Almost every single time. She harasses me in other ways as well - making loud noise every morning screaming with loud music. I feel like I'm being watched by her all the time and she always has to come out and be around if I am outside.

I try to be nice. I wave but she won't wave back.

This has been going on for three years - since they moved here.

Should I move?
