I created a new account u/Silver_Spear_ and with a new sub r/opjms. The problem is that both were banned due to a sub being created from a new account. Reddit does not accept the appeal, and thus I can't reply (or even view) the ban message. I have not ever seen the ban message on that account
Loss of the account is acceptable but losing the sub name is not. Is there anyway I can get that sub under this account?

Also, while setting up, it sent me to this page, which tells me that I don't have the correct permission and I need to contact the mod team? I'm the one who created it, how do I not have the right permissions? Did I mess up somehow? How do I fix this?
Is it because that reddit stops new accounts from creating subs? The help post I made from that account was also removed here.
I don't want to create the sub from this account to prevent potential doxxing
Edit: It is now showing that u/Silver_Spear_ has been banned when I visit it, but it seems to work normally when I log on from that account. Does reddit Ban new accounts for creating subs?
