They mentioned some independence movements and their economy stagnating (basically the 80's in our timeline tough the US weren't their allies).

Plus they are a Communist nation which is allying with a huge corporation to rip off workers. This will not look good for their people.

They mentioned 5 with Soldier Boy:

1. Stormfront

2. Bombsight

4. (Godolkin). Sage doesn't name him but we know from Gen V.

Where are they?

They haven't died of old age for plot reasons. Have they been killed?

I know they will be in Vought Rising hit that's decades in the past
