Please recommend any Anime series that not a whole lot of people know about. I'm not picky about what it's about or what is in it. Just need to find something new to watch while I Animate.

I'm trying to find this one Azula/Katara fanfiction I read 2-3(?) years ago but I honestly can't remember the name or which website I read it on.
I only remember that Azula had been living on her own for years and may have been a wood carver(?). After meeting Katara, she finds her necklace and tries to return it later on. I think she also misunderstands and assumes that Katara is married.
There may be some info I'm forgetting but it's been a while since I read it.
