This is awful what the **** do I do

This is awful. I was going for bare minimum a 30, but ideally a 32 to get into a school like Rutgers or Maryland. WTF do I do? I'm screwed. I was so confident in english and reading; I was doing so well on those on every practice test like about 33-35s so I legit don't know what happened. Math I was consistently doing worse at about a 29 but still a 24! How? I'm so mad and sad at the same time. This was my first time taking the ACT but still. I'm set to take it one more time in July before I start applying to colleges but I don't even know what to do. I did buy the answer key, but besides that I feel lost. Does anyone else feel the same way and know what to do / how to get help and what help to get?? Thank you very much I also needed to vent lol
