Hey guys! I'm just here to document my own experience and get some of y'all's opinions about it.

Recently, I've been able to better follow a carnivore diet by not forcing myself to drink water when I'm not thirsty, after first better learning my own innate thirst signaling.

I eat every 4-5 days and can often go 48-72 hours without water, while I'm able to fully rest and move very minimally throughout an average day. Admittedly, I'm unemployed in a supporting family, for which I'm grateful!

Has anybody else ever experience something like this? My days of not drinking always follow with significantly

higher health metrics (250+ hrv and <30 rhr, on top of better healing from running times), so I doubt this is inherently dangerous anymore.

Please let me know! I'm very interested!! :)

PS: I've been an active supporter of this community for many years now, and, although this may not be well-received, I am happy to finally contribute to our philosophy and way of living something of actual substance.
