Hope you’re having a great day and thanks in advance for any help.

I’m based in (EU) Portugal and building a new gaming PC build, but I don’t have much experience with picking parts, so I’d really appreciate some help.

Budget:

• Option 1: ~1800€–2200€
• Option 2: ~2500€–3000€

I’m not sure if these budgets are realistic for what I want, so feel free to adjust or suggest better alternatives.

Target:

• Ultrawide 1440p (3440x1440)
• High/Ultra settings
• Smooth FPS

Main games:

• Assetto Corsa (with mods + rain)
• Le Mans Ultimate
• AAA/story games (Cyberpunk, Stray, etc.)

Options I’m considering (I found these online, sorry if incorrect):

Option A (better value?):

• Ryzen 7 7800X3D
• RTX 5070 Ti

Option B (high):

• Ryzen 7 9800X3D
• RTX 5080

I’m also open to any suggestions for completely different parts or better-balanced builds.

Preferences:

• No RGB / aesthetics needed (performance > looks)
• Good airflow case
• 32GB RAM minimum
• 1TB+ SSD
• Reliable PSU

I care more about value than chasing max FPS.
